That was “Lange Nacht der Forschung” – 2024
On May 24th, VIRTUAL VEHICLE took part in the “Lange Nacht der Forschung“. A total of 430 locations opened their doors to show visitors the exciting world of research.
The event’s motto was: Mitmachen – Staunen – Erleben
The opening of LNF24 in Styria took place at Graz’s Lendhafen with Barbara Eibinger-Miedl and Günter Riegler. The evening featured science talks about data, AI, and the future.
VIRTUAL VEHICLE had some great topics for the evening:
Adults could inform themselves about autonomous driving cars and even experience autonomous driving by sitting in our ADDFusion and ZeroOne vehicles. Or using the Meta Quest Pro VR headset to take a virtual walk on the highway. This headset can realistically show traffic situations to detect dangers in construction zones early.
For kids, there was a special area where they could make lemon batteries and join a drawing competition to design their future car.
A big highlight was our Robodog, which caught everyone’s attention and entertained people all evening.
The large turnout and great interest made the evening a huge success!
